Welcome to University Compliance Helpline

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Raising concerns is a service to the University. Stanford policy prohibits retaliation against an individual who in good faith reports or provides information about concerns or suspected violations.

Tips for submission:

The University Compliance Helpline is not a 24-hour service. To report emergencies, please call 911 or 9-911 on campus.

Please be as thorough as possible and provide specifics in your responses. We are here to help but unfortunately, if we do not have enough details, we may not be able to review the concern.

Please note, if you create multiple tickets, you must close and reopen your browser in order to log in to check for updates.

Retrieval Reference Details

Create a secure login to stay anonymous, stay informed, and provide Stanford with all the information needed to review your concern. By creating a secure login, you can check for updates on your report and answer any follow up questions about your submission—without sharing your name or contact information.

Why this helps: Some reports require clarification or additional details. If we have no way to follow up with questions about the allegation, it may be difficult to move forward with an investigation. A secure login gives you a private inbox for this report so we can post updates and, if needed, ask questions that help us address your concern thoroughly.

Privacy: Creating a login does not reveal who you are. We will not ask for your name, email, or phone number unless you choose to provide them.

Important: Please write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Because this system is anonymous, we cannot recover or reset your password. Without them, you will not be able to view updates or respond to questions.

Note: If you create multiple tickets, you must close and reopen your browser in order to log in to check for updates.
